Many things can affect the quality of the sensor data flow from your sensors to your dashboards. Follow these steps to get the most accurate data

• Always check all your permissions are shared. 

• Never 'terminate' the app - you can 'swipe up' but not fully swipe away. When the app is terminated it can't access the sensors

• Keep your phone on charge at night so that your battery is running on full power, not low power mode. If you run in low power mode, Apple closes down all functions other than basic ones so MindPsy can't access the sensors 

• If your device is in 'airplane' mode, it can't access sensor data
